Familiarity with GPS navigation systems, electronic logging devices (ELDs), and sometimes lift-gate or pallet jack operation is typically required. Strong time management, customer service, and communication skills help drivers stand out, especially when interacting with clients and handling deliveries. These competencies are crucial to ensure timely, compliant, and safe deliveries while maintaining positive relationships with customers.
