Job description

The Local Class A CDL Driver will operate tri-axle dump truck on local, short-distance routes with daily returns. This role involves occasional loading and unloading of cargo and focuses on maintaining punctuality, safety, and superior customer service within a local environment.

The job requires laboring with on site crews when not hauling.

Responsibilities

  • Operate tri-axle dump truck safely and efficiently
  • work with the crews on site
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
  • Plan routes to optimize time management and fuel efficiency
  • Interact professionally with customers during deliveries
  • Report accidents or incidents promptly according to company policy

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of commercial truck driving experience
  • Labor on site as needed
