Position Overview
We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to support daily cultivation operations with a primary focus on the Vegetative (VEG) stage of cannabis production. This is a hands-on role where responsibilities will vary based on plant cycles and operational needs. Some days may involve lighter workloads, while others require a full shift supporting cultivation activities.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are reliable, flexible, and enjoy working in a fast-paced agricultural environment.
Responsibilities
  • Perform daily vegetative plant care, including cloning, transplanting, watering, feeding, pruning, training, and general plant maintenance.
  • Prepare plants for transition into the flowering stage by maintaining plant health and consistency.
  • Assist flower room operations with trellising, defoliation, harvesting, and room resets as needed.
  • Clean and sanitize cultivation areas, tools, and equipment.
  • Monitor plant health and promptly report pests, disease, nutrient deficiencies, or other concerns.
  • Follow all company SOPs, safety procedures, and Oregon cannabis regulations.
  • Complete assigned tasks independently while maintaining a high level of accountability and attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Eligible to work in Oregon's regulated cannabis industry.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, humidity, and lighting.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining clean and organized workspaces.
  • Previous cannabis cultivation, nursery, greenhouse, farming, or agricultural experience is preferred but not required. Training is available for motivated candidates.
Work Environment
This is a physically active cultivation position requiring daily hands-on work with cannabis plants. Candidates should be adaptable and comfortable working in a production-focused environment where priorities shift based on plant growth cycles.
