J3DBM LLC, doing business as The Dope Depot and High Tech Farms, is a licensed Oregon cannabis cultivation, processing, and wholesale company dedicated to producing premium-quality cannabis products. We are committed to compliance, innovation, efficiency, and delivering exceptional products to dispensaries throughout Oregon.

We are looking for experienced cannabis trimmers who take pride in producing top-quality flower while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


Position Summary

The Trim Associate is responsible for trimming, inspecting, and preparing cannabis flower for sale while maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring compliance with all OLCC regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

This position requires previous cannabis trimming experience, excellent attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to meet daily production goals without compromising product quality.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Hand-trim cured cannabis flower while preserving bud structure, trichomes, and overall product quality.
  • Maintain consistent trimming standards across multiple strains.
  • Sort, inspect, and prepare finished flower according to company quality standards.
  • Assist with additional harvest and post-harvest activities, including bucking, drying room preparation, product inspections, and packaging support.
  • Identify quality concerns such as mold, mildew, seeds, contaminants, or damaged product and immediately notify management.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation throughout each shift.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, sanitation requirements, and compliance policies.
  • Work collaboratively with the Trim Manager and production team to meet daily production schedules and deadlines.
  • Maintain professionalism, reliability, and accountability in attendance and performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum one (1) year of cannabis trimming experience in a licensed cannabis facility.
  • Strong understanding of cannabis flower quality standards and post-harvest handling.
  • Ability to consistently produce high-quality work while meeting daily production expectations.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of OLCC regulations and METRC inventory tracking.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in high-volume cannabis production environments.
  • Experience with multiple cannabis strains and trimming styles.
  • Familiarity with quality control and post-harvest best practices.

Work Environment

  • Indoor, climate-controlled cannabis production facility.
  • Frequent exposure to cannabis plant material, dust, and strong cannabis odors.
  • Repetitive work requiring manual dexterity, concentration, and precision.
  • Occasional overtime, weekends, or extended shifts during peak production periods.
