Job description

We are looking for experienced float and flatbed drivers to work for our client as a company driver. Pay is between $30-35+ per hour based on experience. You will be responsible to haul a variety of products including machinery, lumber, steel, pallets, and more. Job Specifics Operate float and or flatbed trailers to haul products and equipment Monday to Friday, full-time, 10-12 hour shifts $30-35/hr+ (dependant on experience) City and Local highway work - Provincial and Cross-border runs available as well dependant on driver comfortability Runs are Ontario wide, and could be as far north as Sudbury and Timmins, Quebec, and cross-border (NY, Penn, IL) Manual and automatic trucks Driver will be responsible for loading, strapping/chaining equipment and demonstrating to the client how the equipment works (Training will be provided) Float drivers with heavy machinery experience are ideal, but equipment experience not mandatory Driver Qualifications We are looking for drivers who take pride in their work and keep their trucks clean and well-maintained! Must have a minimum of 3 years verifiable AZ Driving Experience Minimum of 1 year of flatbed and/or float trailer experience Manual experience preferred Minimum 25 years of age (insurance purposes) Ability to provide insurance letters to verify experience and/or pink slip for verification (verbal references will also be conducted) Must be friendly, well-mannered and customer service oriented Ability to communicate well in Englis Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
