Job description

Do you love driving but want a job where you can be home every night? T. Weber is looking for a local AZ Driver to join their growing team! We are a paving/asphalt company that is looking for the right individual to contribute to the crew by floating equipment/machinery to and from job sites and help with the paving process.  The Asphalt Season is April to December, so this is a seasonal position with the option to plow snow in the winter months.  T. Weber is a growing company, and we offer room for advancement and will train the right person to be a foreman one day if you are interested! This position starts at $26.00 an hour.  We offer benefits and a wage review after a three month probation.  This position is full-time Monday-Friday with 10-12 hours per day, with some Saturdays and offers overtime pay after 55 hours a week.  If you are willing to work, we want to work with you! Duties and Functions: * Float paving equipment and job site materials * Drive dump trucks to and from job sites, pulling trailers and equipment * Loading and unloading asphalt, gravel and other materials * Machine rolling * Skid steer loading/Excavation * Rough and fine grading * Base preparation and tamping * Preventative maintenance on equipment * Whatever it takes to help the crew finish up at the end of the day Qualifications: * Valid AZ/DZ License required * Clean CVOR and Driving Record required * Experience driving asphalt equipment or knowledge on the asphalt process would be considered an asset
