Why is Gen Z struggling to get jobs?

Gen Z faces challenges in securing jobs like lobby associates due to high competition, limited work experience, and evolving employer expectations for skills such as communication and adaptability. What are some common challenges Lobby Associates face when managing high-traffic periods?

Lobby Associates often encounter challenges during peak times, such as balancing multiple guest requests, maintaining security protocols, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Effective time management and strong communication skills are key to handling these situations smoothly. Teamwork is also essential, as Lobby Associates typically coordinate with security, facilities, and front desk staff to keep operations running efficiently. Staying calm under pressure and prioritizing tasks can help address these challenges successfully.

To thrive as a Lobby Associate, you need strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
