The Analyst, Loan Servicing and Financial Analysis is primarily responsible for all tasks associated with assisting in the loan process from initiation to close, loan portfolio reporting to lenders, property refinance analyses, property rent reduction analyses, and property cash flow analyses. The role plays a significant part in each loan closing as well as handling the reporting requirements post-close and contributing to successful lender relationship.
Responsibilities
  • Manages and assists with collecting, preparing, reviewing and processing loan related documents for the loan closing process. Confirms and certifies that all transaction requirements are satisfied prior to closing, including necessary approvals and documentation.
  • Serves as an additional point of contact for lenders, appraisers, and other property inspectors related to loan maintenance.
  • Assist in reviewing draft loan documents for accuracy and completeness prior to closing.
  • Manage the entire loan signing process.
  • Collaborate with lenders, outside counsel, and title/escrow to guarantee timely funding and closing.
  • At loan closing, verify that full set of loan documents are accurately scanned and filed.
  • Ensure that any post-closing loan requirements are tracked and completed.
  • Prepare various property refinance, cash flow, or rent reduction analyses as needed.
  • Help manage loan portfolio tracking for construction loans and perm loan maturities, and monitor interest rates to strategically plan refinances.
  • Assist with property insurance portfolio renewal and maintenance.
  • Ensures compliance with all policies and standards, as well as state, federal and other regulatory bodies.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of banking, loan administration, finance, or accounting experience, with demonstrated proficiency in preparing various financial analyses and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure with numerous strict deadlines.
  • Work hours approximately 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Occasional overtime to meet urgent deadlines.

Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Real Estate
  • Experience in a banking, construction, or commercial real estate environment.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and competent analytical abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment in making finance decisions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising accuracy and missing targets
  • Strong business writing and verbal communication skills for interaction with management, project teams, and external partners.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, diplomacy and composure; flexible and able to adapt to a variety of situations

Compensation Information
$75,000.00-$93,000.00 / Annually
