Mortgage Loan Processor

Our client, an established Waco law firm is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple projects, and helping transactions move smoothly from start to finish. Whether you have experience in mortgage processing, real estate, banking, title services, or another financial services environment, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career within a respected law firm. This is an onsite direct hire opportunity with the ability to work one day from home per week.

As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you'll play an important role in supporting attorneys and clients throughout the loan closing process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing loan files from initial intake through closing
  • Reviewing loan packages for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicating with clients, lenders, title companies, real estate professionals, and internal team members
  • Collecting, organizing, and maintaining loan documentation
  • Monitoring active loan files and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Preparing and reviewing closing documents
  • Verifying information and resolving documentation discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate electronic file records
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout each transaction
  • Assisting attorneys and legal staff with loan-related matters
  • Ensuring compliance with lender and documentation requirements

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and eager to learn. Ideal candidates will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
