What You'll Do

• Originate residential mortgage loans including FHA, VA, Conventional, Non-QM, and DSCR programs
• Build and maintain relationships with realtors, referral partners, and borrowers
• Structure loan scenarios and guide clients through the mortgage process
• Submit applications through Loan Origination Systems (Encompass preferred)
• Work closely with processing and underwriting teams to ensure smooth closings
• Manage your loan pipeline to ensure deadlines and contract dates are met
• Deliver excellent service and communication throughout the loan process


What We're Looking For

2+ years of mortgage loan origination experience preferred
Active NMLS license
• Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, Non-QM, and DSCR loan programs
• Experience with DU / LP Automated Underwriting Systems
• Familiarity with Encompass or other Loan Origination Systems
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to generate and manage a consistent pipeline
