The Position:
Our bank client is seeking to fill an SVP Operations role in the Knoxville, TN market. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing written, in-depth credit analysis for commercial loans. The individual chosen will be responsible for inspiring and engaging staff with exceptional leadership skills.
The opportunity has a generous salary of up to $175K plus generous incentives and a benefits package.  (This is not a remote position.)

SVP Operations responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with the President and CEO and Executive Leadership to establish and accomplish annual goals and objectives as well as strategic plans for the Bank.
  • Planning, developing, and supervising the day-to-day operational functions of the Bank. Overseeing Deposit Operations, Loan Operations, and Information Technology for the bank.
  • Recruiting, motivating, and leading a high-performance management team in achieving/exceeding the budgetary goals of the bank.
  • Guiding the team to manage policies, call center, and digital presence in compliance with regulations and engaging employees to provide top-notch customer service leading to a unique and meaningful customer experience.
  • Overseeing research, analysis, trends, and program evaluation of operations in support of strategic planning and day-to-day problem-solving.
  • Controlling expenses.
  • Maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Resolving customer service issues.
  • Ensuring that staff follows the Bank’s established policies and procedures.
  • Achieving satisfactory audit ratings.
  • Identifying and mitigating operational risk.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
  • Attending and participating in community events.
  • Expanding existing and formalizing new partnerships.
