  • Help ensure operational readiness and successful execution of new transactions.
Support Loan Operations & Trade Processing
  • Maintain accurate bank loan and AIMCO trade processing activities, including trade allocations, confirmations, settlement support, and trade enrichment.
  • Coordinate legal documentation and transaction data across Front Office, Legal, Trustees, and operational teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Act as a backup resource for bank loan and AIMCO trade settlements when needed.
Enhance Controls & Risk Management
  • Oversee the amendment waiver and consent (AWC) process across both Allstate and AIMCO portfolios, ensuring consistency and accuracy among all stakeholders.
  • Monitor key operational processes and data quality controls, helping ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Validate critical data elements and ensure month-end reporting accuracy across multiple platforms and counterparties.
Be a Trusted Subject Matter Expert
  • Develop and maintain expertise across key loan and investment systems, including Trade Capture, WSO, Aladdin, ClearPar, and Clearwater.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding loan servicing, operational workflows, and reporting requirements.
  • Deliver recurring operational and management reports to investment teams, leadership, and business partners.
What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in bank loan operations, CLO administration, structured finance, investment operations, or a related financial services environment.
  • Knowledge of syndicated bank loans, CLO structures, settlements, trustee reporting, or investment operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working across multiple systems and managing complex reconciliations and data validation activities.
