  • Must: Candidates with Previous Working Experience with Texas Education Agency OR other State Education Agency
  • Certification: Microsoft Certifications: PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect)

Job Description
Requirement

  • Develop and customize Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse-based solutions.
  • Build server-side components (plugins, integrations, APIs using C#/.NET)
  • Implement client-side customizations (JavaScript, form scripting, PCF controls)
  • Design and build data integrations (REST APIs, ETL, Dataflows)
  • Manage solution lifecycle using Git-based source control and CI/CD processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with root cause analysis
  • Collaborate in a multi-developer team environment with a shared codebase
  • Produce and maintain technical and deployment documentation

Minimum Requirements:

  • Hands-on development with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform
  • Building Model-Driven Apps
  • Dataverse (tables, relationships, security model)
  • C# plugin development or server-side extensions
  • JavaScript customization in Dynamics 365 / Power Apps
  • Integration using REST APIs
  • Git in a team-based environment, including Feature branching, Pull Requests, Merge/Conflict resolution
  • Working in a multi-developer environment with a shared codebase
  • Developing PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls
  • Experience with Power BI integration (reporting, embedding, data modelling)
  • Experience with Power Pages development and configuration
  • Experience with Power Platform Dataflows for ETL / data ingestion
  • Experience working in government or public sector environments (TEA preferred)
  • Microsoft Certifications: PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect)
