Your Impact in This Role:
As the Weighmaster, you will correctly register and accompany trucks, ships and/or trains, perform multiple administrative and control tasks related to the loading of trucks, ships and/or trains.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Verify loading documents and ensure accuracy of weights and stock information.
  • Perform visual quality checks and report irregularities to the appropriate department.
  • Enter loading data into the Objective system and prepare required reports (e.g., CMR).
  • Complete and archive transport documents after logistics processing.
  • Coordinate and guide trucks, ships, or trains to loading areas and ensure safe loading operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and operate weighbridge; assist with visitor reception and phone calls.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • High school degree or equivalent by experience
  • Knowledge of required IT-systems (SAP, MES, Objective)
  • Certificate for driving the forklift
  • Basic knowledge of English and other local languages
