Job Summary
Red White & Blue Thrift is seeking a hardworking, dedicated Supply Chain Associate to join our team. This physically demanding role requires loading, unloading, organizing, and lifting a variety of items, including clothing, furniture, and miscellaneous donations. The Supply Chain Associate will work behind the scenes to support operations, assist with donation pick-ups, and fill trailers efficiently with donations to maximize storage. This role requires teamwork, stamina, and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment..
Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and organize donations such as clothing, furniture, and other household items.

  • Fill trailers with donations, ensuring items are stacked and secured to maximize space and efficiency.

  • Assist drivers on routes for donation pick-ups, helping to load and secure items.

  • Maintain organized inventory by categorizing and placing items in designated areas.

  • Support overall thrift store operations by promptly responding to demands and requests.
