What is a loading unloading job?

Loading and unloading jobs involve physically moving goods, materials, or products onto and off of trucks, containers, shelves, or other types of storage. Workers in these roles ensure that items are properly handled to prevent damage and are often responsible for checking inventory and following safety protocols.
