Job Overview

At Infinity Replacement, our Warehouse Administrators play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. They ensure our Project Managers and Installers have exactly what they need-on time, organized, and ready to go. From overseeing inventory and coordinating with Marvin factories to loading, unloading, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations, this position helps power every successful installation we deliver.

Highlights of your role
  • Supervise all material entering and leaving the warehouse
  • Coordinate ETAs and identify any potential delays
  • Oversee loading and unloading procedures
  • Assist with loading/unloading trucks as needed
  • Make material runs for jobsite shortages; local travel for parts and supplies
  • Plan warehouse layout and maintain optimal organization
  • Manage weekly and monthly inventory counts to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Maintain documentation for regulated and hazardous materials
  • Provide support on projects as needed
  • Assist with building upkeep (snow removal, minor repairs, cleaning, etc.)
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
  • Experience managing, supervising, or organizing a warehouse
  • Experience with Excel and inventory management software (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfort using desktop computers and related peripherals
  • Ability to work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures
  • Physical ability to:
    • Lift, push, pull, and carry at least 50 lbs
    • Stand at least 6 hours per day
    • Climb ladders and stairs; kneel as needed
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
