Job description

Position Objective: Primary role is to support the team in customer service.
Qualifications: Candidate must have strong work ethic and be passionate about providing great customer service. Must be highly motivated and have a desire to produce consistent results in a high pressure environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills a must and develop an understanding of the products we handle.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for mixing liquid fertilizer and loading tanks
  • Responsible for mixing bulk fertilizer and loading trucks
  • Assist with receiving bulk fertilizers and seeds
  • Assist with loadout or receiving of liquid fertilizer, dry fertilizer, chemicals, and seed from the warehouse.
  • Make deliveries to customers of crop inputs, including seed and fertilizer
  • Assist with custom application services including delivery, application and maintenance
  • Assist customers at facility
  • Assist with repairs on equipment, in addition to performing preventative maintenance on equipment grain or agronomy
  • Assist in grain with grading grain, loading & unloading trucks/rail cars and data entry
  • Promote safe work environment
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Operate forklift and other equipment on site
  • During peak business seasons or times of increased demand, this role may be assigned temporary duties in other departments. Such cross-department support is essential to maintaining service levels and ensuring smooth company operations.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in team environment
Skills: Excellent communication skills, including verbal, listening and written communication, problem solving ability, time management, analytical skills, must have strong math skills, customer relation skills are critical.
Additional Preferred background skills, knowledge, abilities include: Class A CDL
Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.
