Job Summary
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional to join our team in a hybrid dock and data-entry role supporting weekend warehouse operations. This position blends hands-on freight handling with accurate documentation, communication, and paperwork management. If you enjoy staying active, keeping operations organized, and contributing across multiple functions, this role offers a steady schedule, a supportive team environment, and meaningful responsibility.
The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical work, confident using basic computer systems, and able to communicate clearly with drivers and team members. Duties:
  • Enter BOLs and truck information into the system with accuracy.
  • Respond to emails and communicate with drivers regarding paperwork questions.
  • File and verify paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
  • Receive freight using a pallet jack; move, stage, and consolidate loads (200-500 lbs).
  • Wrap pallets using a banding machine before loading onto trucks.
  • Move and load large crated equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized dock area; assist with general warehouse upkeep.
  • During downtime, relax in the office area once all tasks and cleaning are complete.
  • Read and understand product paperwork and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to support smooth weekend operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with drivers and team members.
  • Comfortable with physical work: walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting 200-500 lbs with pallet jack assistance.
  • Basic computer skills; ability to learn new systems.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and understand paperwork and product information.
  • Previous warehouse, dock, or freight-handling experience preferred but not required.

Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Three 12.5-hour shifts)
