Joliet Staffing is hiring a Dry Loading Associate in Minooka, IL! We are looking for dependable and safety-focused individuals to support warehouse operations by loading, organizing, and handling dry goods in a fast-paced distribution environment.


Job Title: Loader (Dry Department)

Location: Minooka, IL

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift


Job Responsibilities
  • Load and unload dry goods and materials from trailers and warehouse areas.
  • Safely move products using manual handling or equipment as required.
  • Verify product counts and ensure accurate shipment preparation.
  • Stage and organize products in designated areas for shipment.
  • Inspect items for damage and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and loading guidelines.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse or loading/unloading experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Must be dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
