Looking for an active, hands-on role where no two days are the same? As a Yard Associate, you'll help customers get the materials they need while keeping our yard organized, safe, and running smoothly.

From loading orders and operating equipment to providing friendly, knowledgeable service, you'll play a key role in creating a great customer experience.

Full time and Part time available

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their purchases and provide expert advice on product selection and usage.
  • Fill propane tanks.
  • Organize and maintain our yard, ensuring products are easily accessible and well-presented.
  • Load and unload materials for customers using forklifts and other equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each customer leaves with a smile.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and operate equipment.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in a yard or similar environment is a plus, but not required.
