A propos du poste :

Ce poste sera responsable de contribuer a la livraison et a l'expedition des produits energetiques canadiens. L'employe d'entrepot assurera le traitement transparent des envois sortants et des articles entrants et sera responsable d'assurer l'exactitude, l'exhaustivite et l'etat des expeditions. Le travailleur d'entrepot utilisera un chariot elevateur, un diable ou tout autre equipement pour charger, decharger, transporter et entreposer des marchandises.


Ce poste est situe a Saint-Eustache.
En tant que membre de l'equipe canadienne de l'energie, une semaine typique comprendra les elements suivants:
Operations. Aider a l'administration, c'est-a-dire emettre des factures et gerer les comptes clients dans le systeme ERP de l'entreprise (NetSuite), y compris la prise de commandes, la saisie des commandes et l'execution des commandes.
Expedition et reception. Aider a tous les aspects des taches de l'entrepot, y compris l'etiquetage des produits, la preparation des documents d'expedition, les inventaires et le nettoyage/entretien general. Selon les besoins de l'entreprise, ce poste peut necessiter le chargement et le dechargement de camions/remorques ainsi que le rangement des stocks et la preparation des commandes.
Securite. Respecter systematiquement toutes les politiques et procedures de culture d'entreprise, de sante et de securite, de securite et d'exploitation. Connaissance approfondie des techniques de manutention securitaire des materiaux.

About the Position:

This position will be responsible for contributing to the delivery and shipment of Canadian Energy products. The Warehouse Worker will ensure seamless processing of outgoing shipments and incoming items and is responsible to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments. The Warehouse Worker will operate a forklift, hand truck, or other equipment to load, unload, transport, and store goods.


This position is located in Saint-Eustache.

As a Canadian Energy team member, a typical week will include the following:
Operations. Assist with administration i.e., issue invoices and manage customer accounts in Company ERP system (NetSuite) including order-taking, order-entry and order fulfillment.
Shipping and Receiving. Assist in all aspects of warehouse duties including labeling of product, preparation of shipping documentation, inventory counts and general cleanup/maintenance. Depending on business needs, this position may require loading and unloading trucks/trailers as well as putting away stock and picking orders.
Safety. Consistently uphold all company culture, health and safety, security and operational policies and procedures. Proficient knowledge of safe material handling techniques.
Equipment.Safely operate power and manual lift equipment. This position will be required to drive a forklift at times.
Work Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Able to consistently and safely lift 50 pounds.
  • Developed customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately follow direction.
  • Experience working with a forklift is an asset.
  • Steel-toed safety boots are a requirement.
  • The ability to pass a background check and provide a driver's abstract.
