Regional freight continuity and dependable scheduling give Milwaukee-area CDL-A truck drivers a consistent way to earn steady miles while maintaining a defined home-time routine. This position combines no-touch dry van freight, average hauls of 700–750 miles, and a structured 12-day operating cycle followed by 48 hours at home every other weekend.
Freight That Keeps You MovingDrivers run multi-state regional routes with a steady mix of dry van freight. The majority of loads are drop-and-hook, helping reduce time spent at customer facilities. Some locations require live unloading, but drivers are not responsible for unloading the freight.
Average hauls run approximately 700–750 miles. Longer trips allow drivers to build mileage without depending entirely on short runs and frequent stops. Loads are coordinated in advance whenever possible to keep the transition between assignments organized.
A Defined Home-Time ScheduleDrivers operate for 12 days before returning home for a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. The repeating cycle provides a predictable schedule throughout the month while supporting productive regional mileage.
Drivers may take their assigned tractor home for scheduled resets when safe truck parking is available. Approved parking locations can also be used when needed.

Regular preventive maintenance is scheduled to help reduce avoidable downtime and keep equipment ready for the next load.
Options for DriversRider and pet programs are available after approval. Drivers also have access to dispatch support for routing and freight coordination as well as maintenance assistance for equipment-related needs while on the road.
