Job description

Join Marvin as a Warehouse Loader, an essential member of our receiving and shipping operations. In this role, you’ll help ensure our products—large glass windows and doors—move through the distribution process safely, accurately, and damagefree. You’ll thrive here if you’re detailoriented, safetyfocused, and motivated to contribute to a supportive, highperforming team.


  • Meet and maintain high standards for safety, quality, and performance.
  • Carefully handle and move large, fragile window and door products while upholding quality requirements.
  • Inspect all outgoing shipments to ensure completeness, accuracy, and that products are free from damage.
  • Load trucks by hand safely and efficiently, ensuring all products are properly scanned, data is accurately recorded, and all paperwork is completed.
  • Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment safely as part of daily tasks.

Work a consistent schedule with opportunities for overtime:

    • Weekend shift: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 am - 6:30 pm

  • Minimum 1 year of distribution or related experience.
  • Ability to safely load and unload trucks by hand, ensuring products remain secure.
  • Experience receiving incoming shipments and putting away large, fragile inventory into designated storage locations.
  • Ability to pull and verify customer orders with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong selfmotivation, communication skills, basic computer skills, and high attention to detail.
  • Dependable, consistent attendance in alignment with scheduling expectations.
  • Commitment to working safely in a fastpaced, scheduledriven environment.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous forklift or industrial vehicle operating experience (or willingness and ability to obtain required licenses).

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 85 lbs.
  • Comfortable with physically demanding work for extended periods.
