Description

We are seeking a skilled Threat Load Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply advanced technical principles and judgment to develop and enhance threat modeling and load analysis capabilities. The ideal candidate will work independently on complex tasks, lead small technical initiatives, and mentor junior team members, contributing to our mission.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and integrate complex software systems and applications aligned to program and mission requirements.
  • Contribute to software architecture and technical solutioning.
  • Lead or support system integration, testing (DT), and defect resolution efforts.
  • Perform advanced debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure requirements traceability and alignment with system design artifacts.
  • Interface with government stakeholders, including PMAs and organizations such as NAVSEA and NAVAIR, as needed.
  • Enforce secure coding standards and support compliance with RMF/CMMC requirements.
  • Review code, designs, and technical deliverables for quality and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
  • Experience with system integration and complex problem-solving.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
