Join our collaborative Global Finance Systems team as Controller, Health Finance Systems. In this role, you'll bridge finance and technology, ensuring seamless data flow, accurate reporting, and efficient operations across multiple platforms and geographies. We are looking for a strategic visionary to drive the optimization of financial systems and manage the evolution of our Business As Usual (BAU) team structure.

What You'll Do

  • Team Leadership: Champion and develop a high-performing finance systems team. Foster a culture of mentorship while managing vendor relationships and external consultants. Ensure continuous engagement in all processes and tasks to support team deliverables that enable the Finance Business Partners.

  • System Administration & Configuration: Oversee administration of Workday ERP and SAP systems, including management of Tax Codes, GL Accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, and WBS Codes.

  • Adaptive Planning & NEXUS Oversight: Manage the technical integrity of the EPM environment. Centralize triage and budget uploads. Maintain ownership of Adaptive data integrations and partner on system improvements.

  • Operational Transition: Guide the transition of Workday Master Data (Customer/Contract MD) and Reporting functions to partner teams. Ensure smooth handoff through upskilling and cross-functional alignment.

  • Data Integrity & Reconciliation: Champion monthly sign-offs on hierarchy changes. Execute automated reconciliations against source data to ensure EPM readiness for month-end close.

  • Continuous Improvement: Partner with automation teams to reduce manual cycle times and transition processes into standard BAU executions.

  • System Integration Support: Support system integrations for acquired entities and global operations across assigned regions.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field

  • 7-10 years of progressive experience managing Finance Systems and associated processes

  • Significant exposure to large-scale ERPs (Workday or SAP preferred)

  • 3-5 years of management experience with proven ability to influence across teams and guide through organizational change

  • Strong understanding of data architecture and ETL processes

  • Proficiency in English communication with ability to translate technical system decisions into clear financial impacts

Great-to-Haves

  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional accounting certification

  • Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar EPM tools
