  • Coordinate with Field Supervisors, the Shift Supervisor or Team Leader, client representatives, O&M personnel, rental providers, OEM representatives, and other site stakeholders.
  • Identify and report equipment abnormalities, deviations, unsafe conditions, and operational concerns.

  • Support knowledge transfer between project teams and maintain continuity between shifts.
  • Follow all HSE requirements, Lockout/Tagout procedures, permit-to-work requirements, site policies, and operating procedures.
  • Immediately report incidents, injuries, near misses, environmental concerns, safety violations, and equipment failures.
  • Provide technical observations and advisory feedback to project leadership.
  • Perform additional supervisory, reporting, coordination, and technical-oversight duties within the approved scope.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
  • Must currently reside in the United States.
  • Must already possess valid authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must not require current or future visa sponsorship or immigration assistance from PRISMECS.
  • Must be available to work on-site near Memphis, Tennessee.
  • Previous experience in control-room supervision, operations supervision, commissioning support, or power-generation operations oversight.
  • Experience in power generation, aeroderivative gas turbines, or a similar industrial-plant environment.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems.
  • Strong understanding of control-room monitoring, alarm response, operating procedures, shift handovers, and contractor coordination.
  • Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout, permit-to-work procedures, and industrial safety requirements.
  • Ability to maintain accurate technical logs, operational records, and reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital reporting tools.
  • Ability to work rotating day and night shifts supporting 24/7 operations and approximately 48โ€“60 hours per week.
  • Fluent English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience with GE TM2500 units.
  • Direct experience with GE TM2500+ Gen 8 units is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting gas-turbine startups, shutdowns, commissioning, or continuous plant operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, reporting, and technical-observation skills.
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, detail-oriented, accountable, and able to remain composed during alarms or abnormal operational events. The individual must communicate effectively, work well within a multicultural team, and promptly escalate technical issues.
