Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is seeking a Load Balancer Engineer to design, deploy, and manage load balancing solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies and monitoring network performance to ensure optimal application availability.
Responsibilities:
• Design, deploy, and manage load balancing solutions to ensure optimal performance and availability of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop effective load balancing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze network performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Expert level experience with GSLB
• Expert Load Balancer knowledge and experience
• Develop and implement automation practices to streamline load balancer configuration, monitoring, and management.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including load balancer diagrams and configuration guides, using tools such as Visio and Lucid chart.
• Understand and apply the OSI model, DNS, IPv6, BGP, multicast, and other networking principles.
• Knowledge of load balancing infrastructure in terms of power, cooling, and airflow in data center environments.
• Design and execute testing methodologies to ensure system reliability and performance under load.
• Summarize complex technical information clearly and effectively for diverse audiences.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to support project success.
• Stay current with emerging networking technologies and industry trends to enhance load balancing solutions.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in load balancing technologies and solutions.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF.
• Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies.
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure and enterprise environments.
• Proficient in technical documentation and using design tools (Visio, Lucid chart).
• Hands-on experience with packet capture and analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to connect various system components.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to summarize information effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred:
• Experience with cloud-based load balancing solutions
• Experience with virtualization of load balancer functions
• Familiarity with virtualization and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Openstack)
• Experience with NetConf/Yang, GRPC, and Openflow protocols
• Knowledge of containers technologies a plus (docker, kubernetes)
• Experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible).
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent).
• Experience with certification and testing
• Experience providing load balancer application solutions
