 Job Description:

The Clinical Team Lead role gains direct clinical care hours through both psychotherapy and testing services and will serve as a supervisor to Master level clinicians at their site. 

Licensed Clinical Psychologist Responsibilities:

• Maintain a full time schedule of 40 hours per week, including a minimum of 24 hours engaged in billable client work. 
• Provide child, adolescent and adult clients with empirically supported treatment via Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), depression, generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD), PANDAS, panic disorder, parent coaching, performance anxiety, phobias, separation anxiety, social anxiety, Tourette's syndrome / tic disorder and other anxiety, OCD and related disorders.
• If interested, Psychologists can partner with a Testing Technician throughout the assessment process to conduct psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults presenting with ADHD and executive functioning concerns, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral concerns, cognitive functioning, learning disabilities and academic challenges, and mental health diagnostic clarification. 
• Clinical management of all assigned cases
• Communicate and consult with members of each clients care team (legal guardians, families, and other internal and external parties) as necessary and appropriate
• Provide resources, support, and referrals to external services when appropriate
• Coordinate crisis response for client emergencies, including coordination of care with outside institutions
• Participate in an on-call rotation for all LOA clients by phone during regular business hours.
• Complete documentation and administrative requirements in a timely and thorough manner
• Serve as LOA Ambassador and effectively represent LOA culture, expectations, offerings and policies to internal and external stakeholders

• Contribute to ongoing clinical staff training by leading training or creating organizational resources
• Others duties as assigned

Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of master level clinicians
• Provide weekly small group supervision and individual case consultations as needed for supervisees
• Train and support new clinical staff from onboarding onward using resources from LOA’s Clinical Training Institute
• Oversee the clinical quality of supervisees
• Provide ongoing support, treatment planning and care coordination for all supervised cases
• Join and assist with supervisee sessions when clinically appropriate
• Maintain an intimate and working knowledge of all clinical and operational policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented by all supervisees
• Collaborate with LOA administrative leadership to create performance improvements and staff development plans for supervisees as necessary
• Participate in supervisees' annual performance reviews and provide feedback on strengths and opportunities for improvement
• Attend weekly meetings with leadership to discuss supervisee needs and operational updates
• Participate in an on-call rotation for all LOA clients by phone during regular business hours.

Schedule:

• Full-time, in-person position (40 hours/week)

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist 
• Experience and/or a strong interest in providing clinical supervision, leadership, especially in the training and development of clinical staff
• Interest in specializing in CBT for anxiety and related disorders
• Commitment to lifelong learning, clinical growth, and evidence-based practice
