  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for STIHL commercial teams, dealers, and channel partners
  • Deliver brand-aligned instruction on product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer engagement
  • Partner with instructional designers to enhance existing training programs based on real-time learner feedback
  • Coach field representatives and trainers to elevate facilitation techniques and improve learning outcomes
  • Assess learner performance and gather qualitative feedback to identify improvement opportunities
  • Represent STIHL values and culture in every learning interaction
  • Perform all other assigned duties and responsibilities
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Business, or related field
  • Professional training certifications (e.g., ATD Master Trainer, CPTM) strongly preferred
  • 5+ years in a training, facilitation, or coaching role in commercial, retail, or technical industries
  • Experience training on products or systems with hands-on components
  • Familiarity with STIHL’s product categories or dealer networks
  • Proven success in delivering high-impact instruction to adult learners
  • Up to 25% travel by air
  • Strong facilitation and public speaking skills for technical and commercial audiences
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and classroom technologies
  • Ability to adapt instructional techniques to suit diverse learner needs
