Job description

Responsibilities
Pearton is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Training Support Systems Integrator to provide integration support and programmatic expertise in the planning, coordination, and execution of our Client's Department Front Office training program across the enterprise. This role serves as a key member of the Front Office team, responsible for synchronizing training activities, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless flow of information between Department leadership, training providers, and supported organizations. The successful candidate will support enterprise-wide training initiatives by coordinating schedules, tracking program requirements, integrating training priorities, and providing recommendations to enhance program effectiveness and mission readiness. This position plays a critical role in advancing mission success through the seamless coordination, integration, and support of enterprise training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide integration support and programmatic expertise to enhance organizational learning and workforce development initiatives across the enterprise.
  • Facilitate the effective execution of Department training programs by bridging instructional design, training delivery, and operational implementation to ensure personnel acquire critical knowledge and skills efficiently.
  • Develop, coordinate, and maintain training materials, including participant guides, handouts, digital resources, multimedia content, and other instructional aids tailored to diverse learning environments and audiences.
  • Manage training logistics by coordinating venues, schedules, equipment, travel requirements, and participant registrations to ensure seamless training execution and minimize disruptions.
  • Support virtual, in-person, and hybrid training events by providing real-time technical and administrative assistance, troubleshooting issues, facilitating interactive learning tools, and assisting instructors with participant engagement.
  • Coordinate and integrate training activities across stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, schedule synchronization, and alignment with organizational priorities and mission requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback surveys, assessments, participation metrics, and performance data, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Apply data-driven analysis to assess training outcomes, measure return on investment (ROI), and provide recommendations to enhance program effectiveness, efficiency, and learner performance.
  • Maintain accurate training records and reports, track attendance and completion metrics, and manage data within Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training management platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards, certification requirements, and organizational training objectives while supporting audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, briefings, and program updates for leadership to support decision-making and enterprise training management.
  • Collaborate with Department leadership, training providers, and supported organizations to identify training requirements, integrate emerging priorities, and support mission readiness through effective workforce development initiatives.

Qualifications
Required Skills:
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience supporting, coordinating, developing, and/or delivering adult learning and training programs, including classroom instruction, virtual training, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises or simulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate training announcements, program updates, and instructional information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
  • Experience managing training schedules, participant registrations, course materials, and training records, including tracking completion rates, maintaining databases, and generating reports.
  • Ability to develop and maintain training documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, job aids, after-action reports, and other supporting materials.
  • Proven experience collaborating with government personnel, contractors, training vendors, and other stakeholders to coordinate training activities, respond to inquiries, and resolve scheduling and logistical challenges.
  • Knowledge of training assessment methodologies and evaluation frameworks, including the ability to collect feedback, analyze performance metrics, assess training effectiveness, and recommend process improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Skype, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other training support technologies.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and support learners with varying levels of experience and technical proficiency.
  • Background in education, human resources, workforce development, customer service, organizational development, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service, adaptability, and continuous improvement, with the ability to foster a positive learning environment and support organizational growth in dynamic and evolving operational environments.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment, professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive information.

Desired Skills:
  • Familiarity with the Client's training programs, processes, and organizational structure, with the ability to quickly understand requirements and support enterprise-wide training initiatives.
  • Experience developing training support materials, including job aids, quick reference guides, instructional videos, and other learning resources; basic graphic design and multimedia skills are desirable to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.

Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
