About the Role Georgia System Operations Corporation (GSOC) is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to support the administration, optimization, and daytoday operational execution of enterprise learning and development programs. This role plays a key part in ensuring GSOC's learning systems, training logistics, and compliancedriven education programs operate smoothly, accurately, and consistently in support of our missioncritical workforce.

This role is ideal for an organized, detailoriented learning professional who enjoys working at the intersection of systems, data, and training operations-and who takes pride in creating a seamless experience for learners, trainers, and business partners.

What You'll Do

As a Learning Operations Specialist, you will support GSOC's Learning & Development function by ensuring the Learning Management System (LMS), training schedules, records, and learner communications are accurate, reliable, and auditready.

  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including courses, sessions, curricula, learning paths, enrollments, and user access
  • Upload, test, and troubleshoot eLearning content (SCORM/AICC) and support routine system issues
  • Build and manage system rules, prerequisites, completion requirements, and automated notifications
  • Maintain training records, data integrity, and compliance documentation
  • Generate standard and ad hoc LMS reports for compliance tracking, certifications, and leadership needs
  • Coordinate logistics for instructorled, virtual, and blended training programs
  • Manage course scheduling, rosters, enrollment confirmations, waitlists, and participant communications
  • Partner with external learning and technology vendors to support LMS functionality, content deployment, system updates, issue resolution, and service delivery aligned with GSOC requirements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for LMSrelated inquiries and learner support
  • Partner with trainers, L&D leadership, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient program delivery
  • Support audits, system updates, and training documentation efforts
  • Contribute to Learning Academy events, onboarding programs, and crossfunctional initiatives as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered)
  • Ideally, 3–5 years of experience supporting learning operations and/or administering a Learning Management System in a corporate environment
  • Experience managing enrollments, learner communications, reporting, and training logistics
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, compliance, and internal controls
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft 365 tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, including Infor or Lawson LMS, system configuration, and reporting
  • Familiarity with SCORM/AICC content and eLearning standards
  • Experience supporting audits, compliancedriven training, or regulated environments
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and training operations
  • Strong customerservice orientation and collaborative communication style
