We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and qualified Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join Project Reach Psychotherapy's remote team. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Maryland while delivering high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families facing diverse challenges.

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while maintaining a collaborative team dynamic. Our therapists operate within an outpatient setting, providing services primarily through telehealth. In addition to conducting virtual therapy, you will have access to a range of electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and patient management, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in service delivery.

• Render evidence-based therapeutic treatment to a diverse patient demographic, adjusting methods to suit individual needs and circumstances.
• Conduct effective telehealth sessions, including initial intakes, individual therapy, couples and family therapy, and group interventions when applicable.
• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments, using clinical judgment to develop tailored treatment plans and providing referrals as necessary.
• Maintain detailed and precise documentation of each patient interaction, adhering to Federal and State regulations as well as company guidelines.
• Collaborate with other team members to evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Engage in professional development activities, including training opportunities and peer consultations, to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

This role focuses on providing therapeutic support to a wide range of clients, including couples navigating relational issues, families facing communication challenges, and individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Our therapists utilize various relational therapy modalities, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and Narrative Therapy, to facilitate effective healing and resolution.

• Active LMFT license (or LGMFT under supervision) in Maryland.
• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related behavioral health field.
• Strong clinical judgment with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with relational therapy models, enabling effective engagement with clients from varied backgrounds and presenting issues.
• The ability to work autonomously while also contributing to a supportive team environment.
• Experience in teletherapy and comfortable utilizing electronic health records (EHR).

• Specialized training in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, or related niches is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in outpatient therapy settings, demonstrating the ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
• A commitment to continuous learning and clinical development through supervision and peer feedback.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
