Job DescriptionOverview:Prime Response Inc (PRI) is seeking qualified candidates for a potential upcoming contract in Rome, NY. The position may be filled as Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or LMCA Chief, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide on-site management of all contract activities in accordance with applicable regulations and performance requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues and represent the company professionally to clients and government personnel.
- Oversee supply operations, property accountability, and ensure compliance with contract deliverables.
- Implement safety and quality control plans.
- Supervise and guide personnel, including recruiting and training.
- Monitor workflow, allocate resources, and drive process improvements.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation.
- Support business development and proposal efforts as needed.
Qualifications:- Experience in project management, operations, or property/material management (military or civilian).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Eligible for DoD Secret clearance.
- Prior Air Force or government contract experience is highly desirable.
