• Conduct thorough client assessments to create accurate and individualized treatment plans tailored to meet their therapeutic needs.
• Implement a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to address diverse mental health concerns.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring that clients have ongoing support while navigating various accessibility challenges.
• Maintain precise documentation to uphold ethical standards of care and contribute to a culture of accountability and transparency.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and clinical supervision, enhancing both personal competencies and therapeutic effectiveness.

Our practice serves a diverse population, encompassing individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various behavioral health concerns. Clients vary in age and background, and our therapists are skilled at creating a culturally responsive therapeutic environment, ensuring that treatment approaches are sensitive to the unique experiences and needs of each individual.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain a non-judgmental therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Strong empathy, compassion, and a commitment to ethical practice in all therapeutic interactions.
• Organizational prowess and time-management skills to effectively handle a diverse caseload.

• Experience in a clinical setting with evidence-based practices and a focus on individual or group therapy.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and protocols, enhancing the delivery of remote therapy sessions.
• Ability to work with a range of client issues, including but not limited to trauma-related disorders and interpersonal challenges.

Newport Counseling, LLC offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on your experience and caseload.
