Job description

Selrico Services Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer/Ranch Hand to join our team in Bulverde, TX. This role involves performing a variety of physical labor tasks to support the daily operations of our ranch and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will be motivated, flexible, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with ranch maintenance including fence repair, livestock care, and groundskeeping
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Perform general labor tasks such as loading/unloading materials, cleaning, and organizing work areas
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and orderly work environment
  • Support additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth ranch operations
Requirements
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
  • Basic knowledge or willingness to learn ranch operations and equipment use
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Must be able to operate heavy machinery such as a tractor and skid steer
  • Must have reliable transportation and no housing is provided
