They are seeking a Creative Live Stream Producer to own the company's flagship weekly broadcasts from concept through execution. You'll develop show ideas, build run-of-show structure, coordinate guests, collaborate with the creative team, and oversee every technical detail to ensure seamless production. This is a high-impact opportunity for a creative producer who thrives in fast-moving environments and loves balancing storytelling, live production, and technical problem-solving.

About the Role

  • Own the end-to-end creative and technical production of weekly live streams, from ideation through post-broadcast optimization.
  • Develop engaging show concepts, run-of-show documents, and live formats aligned with the company's entertainment-first brand and audience.
  • Manage all technical production components including stream software, signal routing, audio mixing, encoding, remote guest setup, and platform management.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop overlays, graphics, transitions, lower thirds, and the broader visual identity of live broadcasts.
  • Coordinate guests, schedules, and talent preparation to ensure polished and seamless on-air execution.
  • Continuously improve stream quality, workflows, audience engagement, and content performance.
  • Design and build the future in-studio production environment including cameras, lighting, audio systems, switching hardware, and production workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and creative teams to establish and scale the live content function from the ground up.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience producing, directing, or managing live stream or broadcast productions.
  • Deep expertise in live production workflows, audio engineering, and signal routing.
  • Strong proficiency with production and streaming tools including OBS, vMix, Ecamm, StreamYard, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience executing high-quality remote multi-guest productions with strong technical reliability.
  • Strong instincts for pacing, visual storytelling, and creating engaging live content experiences.
  • Experience contributing to or building studio infrastructure and production systems preferred.
  • Video editing and short-form content production experience is a plus.

Compensation

  • $140,000 - 170,000 annually, based on experience
