Job description

About NexHealth
Our healthcare system remains frustratingly analog. When you live in a world of one-tap car rides, instant meal delivery, and unlimited streaming, why do you still have to call to schedule a doctor's appointment and fill out a clipboard in the waiting room?
NexHealth's mission is to accelerate innovation in healthcare by connecting patients, providers, and developers. We're building the infrastructure layer for modern healthcare, connecting thousands of fragmented, on-premise, and closed EHR systems into a single, modern platform that powers software, APIs, payments, and patient experiences across the ecosystem.
  • Founded: 2017
  • Headquarters: San Francisco, CA
  • Funding: $177M Series C
  • Employees: 200+
  • Trusted by tens of thousands of providers and hundreds of health-tech developers - forging the infrastructure layer that modern healthcare needs

About the Role
We're looking for a hungry, high-velocity Account Executive to join NexHealth's Sales team as a pure hunter. In this role, you'll own the full new logo sales cycle - from prospecting and outbound outreach to demo and close - building pipeline, running the room, and landing net-new business. This is a high-upside opportunity at a company with a product that stands on its own - reps who move fast and close confidently will find no shortage of reasons for customers to say yes.
This is a remote role where you'll collaborate closely with a high-performing, deeply customer-driven team and spend time in person with prospects and customers. You'll work alongside SDRs, a front-line manager, and a team that's deeply invested in your success.
What You'll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle with autonomy - prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
  • Sell a best-in-class, multi-product platform that's displacing incumbent technology across the healthcare space
  • Drive new logo acquisition across a rich named account list with no shortage of opportunity
  • Work a high-velocity motion with short sales cycles and frequent wins
  • Drive your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, with SDR and inbound support
  • Ramp quickly with hands-on manager support and structured onboarding
  • Have a real voice in how this team and its go-to-market evolve

What You'll Bring
  • 1+ years of full-cycle AE closing experience, ideally in SaaS
  • A track record of winning net-new business with sharp prospecting skills and strong closing instincts
  • Consistent quota attainment with the numbers to back it up
  • Experience running your own product demos from start to finish
  • Operates with urgency at high volume
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by the pace of a high-growth company
  • Clear, confident communication - written, verbal, and in the room (or on screen)

Compensation
Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed below is the total target cash compensation (TTCC) and includes base compensation and variable compensation in the form of commissions. Variable compensation type is determined by your role and level. Other benefits may include stock options, an unlimited paid time off policy, and up to 100% coverage on medical, vision and dental insurance.
NexHealth Compensation Range
$120,000-$140,000 USD
Benefits
  • Full Medical, Dental, and Vision (up to 100% covered)
  • 401K and commuter benefits
  • Flexible PTO
  • High-impact work that directly improves the healthcare experience for millions
