Job description

Under the supervision of the Director of Technology the Technology Systems
Specialist will:
Assist with technology projects and with all operations of technology at Gesu Catholic School.
Aid with technology projects related to Gesu Parish.
Serve as backup administrator for technology operations when the director is away, reporting to
STREAM Director.
Provide level 1 technology support to teachers, students, and staff.
Administer school student information system and maintain up to date information
(ProgressBook)
Coordinate the digitization of workflows and processes. (Transition from paper forms to digital.)
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of a tuition management system.
Directly manage and create content for the Gesu School website and social media platforms.
Create videos, multimedia presentations, and graphically designed materials for Gesu.
Assist with Morning School Broadcast, Live Streamed Masses, and other virtual events.
Image, reload, and update Chromebooks, iPads, Windows based desktops, and laptops.
Assist in the inventory and cataloging of Gesu/Cleveland Heights-University Heights Technology.
Clean and test classroom technology while performing basic maintenance and record keeping.
All other related duties and tasks as assigned.
