If you're passionate about live production, studio operations, cutting-edge video technology, and creating polished visual content this could be a great fit for you!

This is a hands-on role for a versatile production professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats. One day you may be directing camera operations in a live control room, the next you're lighting an executive interview, operating robotic cameras, or supporting post-production workflows. If you love the technical side of storytelling and take pride in delivering flawless productions, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a key member of the production team, you'll help bring high-quality multimedia productions to life by:

  • Supporting studio, field, and live event productions from setup through execution.
  • Serving in a variety of technical production roles, including Director of Photography, camera operator (robotic, handheld, and fixed), lighting technician, technical director, teleprompter operator, and other production positions as needed.
  • Collaborating with producers, creative partners, and fellow production team members to deliver engaging multimedia content.
  • Preparing studios, conference rooms, and on-location production environments by setting up cameras, lighting, audio, teleprompters, and production equipment.
  • Operating control room equipment during live broadcasts and corporate events while ensuring seamless production execution.
  • Conducting video shoots independently or as part of a collaborative production crew.
  • Evaluating production requirements and recommending equipment or technical solutions to achieve project goals.
  • Managing captured media assets and supporting efficient media organization and archival workflows.
  • Assisting with post-production editing and media preparation using professional editing software.
  • Maintaining high production standards while ensuring equipment is properly configured, tested, and production-ready.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications include:

  • Three or more years of professional video production and/or live event production experience.
  • Experience working in studio, field, and control room environments.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable professional editing workflows.
  • Experience operating Sony professional camera systems and production workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Blackmagic Design production and control room equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of studio and field lighting techniques.
  • Solid understanding of video signal flow, broadcast standards, and video formats.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a collaborative, team-first approach.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

What's in it for you:

Once you join our team, you would get the opportunity to work with experienced leaders who provide the tools and training necessary for you to contribute to the continued success of our client's organization. In addition, our comprehensive and competitive benefits program is designed to support the health, financial well-being, and work-life balance of our employees. Eligible team members have access to multiple medical plan options, along with dental and vision coverage which include the options to choose either a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) to help manage healthcare costs. In addition, we offer a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for commuter transit costs to set aside funds on a pre-tax basis.
