Job description

Remote Sales Rep — AI Voice Agents for Home Service Contractors

Commission Only · Remote · 1099 Contractor · All Experience Levels

Company: JellyFuse, LLC — jellyfuse.com

ABOUT THE ROLE

JellyFuse builds AI-powered voice agents for home service businesses — plumbers, HVAC techs, electricians, roofers, landscapers, and other contractors. Our agents answer calls, book appointments, and follow up with leads automatically, helping contractors grow without adding staff.

We're looking for motivated, consultative sales reps to connect with contractors, demonstrate the value of AI voice technology, and close deals. This is a fully remote, commission-only 1099 position — you set your own schedule, use your own methods, and earn without a cap. If you're energized by being at the forefront of AI-driven sales in a fast-moving industry, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Prospect home service contractors through outbound calls, email, social media, and in-person networking

- Conduct consultative discovery calls, clearly articulating how AI voice agents improve customer engagement and operational efficiency

- Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close deals using data-driven insights and approved JellyFuse materials

- Manage and update all lead activity in the JellyFuse CRM (GoHighLevel) within 24 hours of any contact or status change

- Collaborate with the JellyFuse team on outreach strategies and client onboarding coordination

- Leverage sales automation tools to maximize outreach and follow-up effectiveness

- Attend a weekly check-in call to stay aligned with the team

WHAT WE OFFER

- Product knowledge training session (30–60 min video call) within your first week

- Access to JellyFuse Academy — scripts, playbooks, pitch decks, and proven sales materials

- CRM access (GoHighLevel) to manage your pipeline

- Dedicated JellyFuse point of contact for deal support and client escalations

- Freedom to represent other non-competing products and companies

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven experience in B2B, technology, or inside sales — home services or SaaS background is a strong plus

- Comfortable with outbound calling, telemarketing, and consultative selling approaches

- Proficient with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar) for managing pipelines and tracking activity

- Familiarity with sales automation tools and outbound outreach strategies

- Strong verbal and written communication skills — able to build rapport quickly over the phone

- Self-directed and adaptable — you don't need to be managed, and you pick up new tools fast

- Able to close a minimum of 4 clients/month by Month 2 (Month 1 is a no-pressure ramp period)

- Entry-level candidates with strong drive welcome — we provide full training

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

- This is a 1099 independent contractor role — no taxes withheld, no benefits provided

- You control your schedule, methods, and daily activity

- An NDA/IP agreement is required before accessing JellyFuse Academy and training materials

- You may represent other non-competing companies simultaneously
