Position Purpose

As a Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform specifically within Experience Cloud. You will analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot user reported errors.

This role will be central to continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform for our organization and utilizing iPaaS and Cloud technologies to bring together systems and provide an exceptional customer experience. The Salesforce Developer will be working within the DevOps team and will report directly to the DevOps Manager.

Essential Functions

  • Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation and write / maintain test classes for all custom development code coverage.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall and release cycle management.
  • Integrating and maintaining business applications via Mulesoft and Exchange Applications to Salesforce
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of First Fed’s Development policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in information technology or other technical degree preferred.
  • Salesforce Developer certification required.
  • FSC, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Digital Engagement experience required.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS is highly desired.
  • Must have a passion for technology and business process automation.
  • Experience with Mulesoft desired.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical, record keeping, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with banking processes preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to investigate, interpret and document end user communications.

Physical Requirements

The work requires the ability to operate office machines and equipment, such as personal computers, printers, copying machines and telephones. The work requires the ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and others in person and on telephones. Work activities involve a combination of sitting/standing for extended periods.

Pay Range

  • The pay range for this position is $87,151.75 - $148,157.98
  • The typical hiring range for this position is $87,151.75 - $100,006.31
  • The incentive plan for this position is the Partnership Incentive plan. It is paid out quarterly with a 5% target payout.
