Northrop Grumman Aeronautic Systems is seeking a qualified Maintenance Janitor Level 1 or a Maintenance Janitor Level 2 to join our team of highly talented individuals for 1st shift Monday - Friday (6:00 am - 2:30 pm). This position will be on site in Clearfield, Utah

Job Duties:

  • Maintains premises, rest and working areas of offices and industrial buildings in clean and orderly condition.
  • Performs a combination of dusting furniture, walls, fixtures, or equipment; sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, or buffing floors; removing refuse; polishing furniture, fixtures, or trimmings; providing janitorial supplies; and cleaning lavatories, showers, or rest rooms.
  • Cleaning Epoxy, linoleum, tile and other floor surfaces
  • Shampooing rugs and carpets
  • Emptying trash cans
  • Changing air filters and cleaning vents
  • Dusting and disinfecting all surfaces.
  • Waxing floors
  • Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed
  • Washing windows
  • Maintaining a thorough inventory
  • Using equipment, commercial vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaners
  • Collecting and taking out trash and recycling

This role may be filled at Level 1 or Level 2 based on the qualifications below.

Basic Qualifications for Level 1:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 0 years additional education and/or related experience
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.

Basic Qualifications for Level 2:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Working knowledge of general aspects of the job
  • Ability to perform routine work with detailed instructions given for new activities or special assignments.

Primary Level Salary Range: $31,200.00 - $48,100.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $34,300.00 - $57,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
