Machine Operator / Production Associate

Location: Alkegen Manufacturing Facility Shifts Available: 1st (Monday-Thursday)

We are hiring Machine Operators / Production Associates to set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. On-the-job training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate machines according to work instructions

Load and unload materials and monitor production quality

Use basic measuring tools

Adjust machine controls as needed

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Follow all safety and company policies

Report equipment or quality issues to supervision

Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Basic math and communication skills

Strong attention to safety

Reliable and self-motivated

Flexible to work in different roles

Education & Experience

Training provided for the position

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 50 lbs

Stand, walk, bend, twist, push, and pull throughout shift

Work in a noisy manufacturing environment
