Job Summary
We’re seeking a friendly and customer-focused Food Server to join our team and help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. If you have a passion for customer service and some experience in a restaurant or live music venue, we want to hear from you! 

Responsibilities: 
  • Warmly greet guests and seat them at tables.
  • Present menus and explain specials or menu items
  • Take Accurate food and beverage orders
  • Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu
  • Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism
  • Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff, emphasizing special requests and restrictions
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables
  • Check on guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals
  • Maintain a clean and organized section
  • Assist with side work, such as rolling silverware and lighting table candles
  • Present bills to guests and process payments accurately
  • Collaborate and assist other teammates when needed
Qualifications: 
  • Previous serving experience required
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and work as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practice

  • Ability to go up and down a flight of stairs as well as lift up to 25 pounds
