Coaches - Coaching for Excellence in Employment - Statewide

Family Guidance Center of Alabama is seeking candidates to work directly with men and women who are transitioning from public assistance to greater self-reliance. Comprehensive life coaching and caring guidance will assist participants in attaining their education and employment goals. EOE

Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in human services field, Master's preferred. Three or more years of experience in social services preferred. Excellent communication skills including using technology for outreach. Motivated, committed, energetic candidates wanted to join an innovative, hard-working team.
