A Personal Care Assistant provides personalized care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities due to disability, illness, or age-related conditions. Responsibilities may include assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, running errands, and providing companionship. The main goal of a Personal Care Assistant is to help clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid.
  • Experience working in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, compassion, and empathy.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
