East Aurora, NY Couple Seeking a Live-Out Executive Housekeeper, able to Live-In to Dog|House Sit when they are Often Traveling
  • Position:Full-Time Live-Out Executive Housekeeper, able to Live-In Dog|House Sit when they spend 12 weeks in Florida, and are often traveling, and throughout the summer.
  • Schedule:MondayFriday, 7:30 am3:30pm.MUST work 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, with additional compensation.
  • Salary: Payroll$38 per hour + depending on experience, PLUS Full Health care, PTO: 2 weeks paid vacation, 401K plus 25% match.
  • Start Date:ASAP-Their current Housekeeper is retiring after 10+ years with the couple.
  • Relocation:No local candidates only.
About the Family

A couple in East Aurora, NY (about 20 mile east of Buffalo), are looking to hire a dedicated and professional Housekeeper to join their household, following their current household schedule and system they have in place since their current housekeeper who has been with the family for 10+ years is retiring. They value discretion, reliability, and someone who will be a long-term fit. Someone who can sleep in their home and watch their beloved family pet when they travel, (with additional pay), and also able to house-sit when they are in Florida for approx. 12 weeks of the year.

  • Home Size:Approx. 16K square feet, plus detached carriage house.
  • Pets:One 11 year old Doberman, he does not roam the house, he mainly goes between 2 rooms only.
  • Household Staff:They have a few part-time people who primarily maintain the outside grounds and property.
Responsibilities
  • Provide full housekeeping following a regimented house schedule, supported by a manual with a system in place in order to maintain the inside cleanliness of the property.
  • Laundry for one primary only.

The ideal candidate is an experienced, energetic, confident, discreet, meticulous, and seasoned, Housekeeper. Someone who can intake information and process it and how to best tackle all tasks.Likes routines and implementing systems in place. Has experience working in a 10k square foot home or larger.

They should be comfortable with their lovable 11-year old Doberman and be able to live-in when the couple is traveling to dog and house-sit. They will have a positive attitude, and take pride in maintaining a structured, clean, and meticulous environment. A flexible mindset, strong communication skills, and a calm demeanor are essential. Someone who is looking for long-term placement and will become a valued part of their household.
