Live In Willing Train Rn information

Where do the happiest nurses work?

Happiest nurses often work in healthcare environments that offer supportive management, reasonable workloads, and opportunities for professional development. Facilities with positive work cultures, good work-life balance, and competitive benefits contribute to higher job satisfaction among nurses, including those in live-in or shift-based roles like live-in willing train RNs.

What is the easiest nursing job that pays well?

A Live-In Willing Train RN position is considered a relatively accessible nursing role that offers competitive pay, especially for those willing to work in a home care or assisted living environment. These roles often require basic nursing skills, certification, and the ability to work independently, with flexible schedules and less intensive clinical settings compared to hospital jobs.

How to make an extra $2000 a month as a nurse?

A live-in willing train RN can increase income by taking on additional shifts, working overtime, or providing specialized services such as private duty nursing. Gaining certifications in areas like IV therapy or wound care can also command higher pay, and working in high-demand settings or agencies may offer higher hourly rates for extra income.

How to make 150,000 as a nurse?

To earn $150,000 as a live-in willing train RN, nurses typically need to work in high-paying specialties, gain extensive experience, and may pursue advanced certifications or degrees. Working in states or facilities with higher pay rates and taking on overtime or additional shifts can also increase income. Developing specialized skills and negotiating salary can help reach higher earning levels.

Job description

A private family located in Windermere, Florida is seeking an experienced and dedicated Dementia Caregiver to provide full-time support for their household. The primary focus of this role is caring for the family’s mother, who is living with Alzheimer’s disease, though the caregiver will also provide morning and afternoon assistance to the principal’s father. The household is staffed by a wider team during the week, and this role is focused exclusively on delivering high-quality personal care and daily engagement Monday through Friday, working approximately 7:30am through 7:30pm each day. This is a live-in or live-out role.

This is not a passive supervision role. The family is specifically seeking a high-caliber, proactive caregiver who brings energy, structure, and genuine initiative to every day. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently within a well-run private household.

  • Waking the principal’s mother in the mornings and helping her begin the day with purpose and structure
  • Providing hands-on personal care and daily engagement throughout the day
  • Implementing redirection techniques and managing challenging moments with calm and creativity
  • Maintaining a consistent and meaningful daily routine
  • Assisting the principal’s father in the mornings with getting ready for the day, including support with toileting, bathing, and dressing
  • Providing afternoon care and support to the father upon his return home, approximately 3:00pm
  • Approaching the father’s care with patience and respect; while he experiences mild short-term memory deficits, he is otherwise sharp, independently minded, and values his autonomy
  • Providing occasional driving support for the principal(s), including appointments or outings as needed
  • Communicating clearly with the household team and family as needed

  • Prior experience working with individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease
  • Experience providing personal care to older adults, including assistance with ADLs
  • Fluent, clear English communication skills
  • Confident, proactive approach to morning care routines
  • Flexible and creative, with strong redirection skills
  • Intelligent, sharp, and willing to learn
  • Formal medical training such as an LPN or RN is strongly preferred, though strong candidates who meet all other criteria are encouraged to apply

  • Verifiable references from previous roles working within a private household as a caregiver
  • Valid US work authorization
  • Valid Driver’s License required; the caregiver will occasionally be responsible for driving the principal(s) as needed
  • Ability to work independently and manage the day without direct supervision

• $120,000 - $140,000 per year

• $225 per week healthcare stipend

• PTO - 15 vacation days, 5 sick days
