What is a Live In Whatnot?

A 'Live In Whatnot' does not refer to a standard job title and may be a misinterpretation or typo. If you meant 'Live-In Nanny' or another live-in position, these roles typically involve residing in an employer's home to provide specific services such as childcare, housekeeping, or elderly care. Responsibilities and requirements vary depending on the specific position. If you clarify the intended role, more tailored information can be provided.

Live In Whatnot professionals often work closely with property managers, maintenance staff, and residents to address daily needs and resolve issues efficiently. They are usually the first point of contact for tenants, handling requests, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a safe living environment. Collaboration is key, as they must communicate clearly with both staff and residents to maintain a positive atmosphere. Regular meetings and reporting help keep everyone informed and aligned on priorities.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Live In Caregiver, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Live In Caregiver, you need a strong foundation in personal care, basic healthcare knowledge, and often a high school diploma or relevant certification such as CPR or first aid. Familiarity with assistive devices, medication administration, and care documentation systems is typically required. Patience, compassion, and excellent communication skills help caregivers build trust and provide emotional support to those they care for. These abilities are vital for ensuring clients' safety, comfort, and overall well-being in a home environment.

Job Title: Live Sports Card Break Host (Voice of the Show, High-Energy, Whatnot) – Build Your Brand
Company: Mount Olympus Rips
Location: Plymouth, MN | On-Site Only
Shift: Evening / Night Shift | 5:30pm–2:00am
Compensation: $50 per hour + tips | Top hosts run 6–8 breaks per night | High earners $100k+ per year

Mount Olympus Rips is looking for the voice of the show. Not just someone to open packs, but someone who can carry energy for hours, hit after hit, break after break.

This is not a sit-back role. This is not quiet ripping. This is big hit reactions, nonstop talking, controlling the room, and keeping the energy high from the first pack to the last card of the night.

You are the voice, the pace, and the personality behind the stream. You don’t need to be the face on camera. You need to be the one driving the moment, calling the hits, building hype, and keeping people locked in.

If you’ve watched We The Hobby, Backyard Breaks, The Players Club, Debut Sports, or Tru Pullz and thought, I could run that energy for hours, this is your shot.

Our streams run late. The rooms get loud. The hits get massive. The expectation is simple.
No dead air. No drop in energy. No missed moments.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the voice behind live breaks on Whatnot, running the show from start to finish.
  • Deliver high-energy reactions on big hits, case hits, 1/1s, and chases.
  • Keep chat engaged with banter, sports talk, callouts, and constant interaction.
  • Maintain fast pace and flow across 6–8 breaks per night.
  • Build hype, drive bids, and create a show people come back to every night.
  • Stay sharp on players, products, releases, and market trends.
  • Work with a backend team so you can stay locked in on entertainment and performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Elite energy and stamina. You can talk, react, and perform for hours.
  • Someone who thrives controlling the room and being “on” all night.
  • Strong knowledge of NFL, NBA, MLB cards, parallels, and big chases.
  • A competitive personality that wants to be the best on stream.
  • Experience in streaming, sales, hosting, or entertainment is a major plus.
  • Comfortable working nights in a fast-paced, high-pressure studio.

Why Mount Olympus Rips

  • You are the voice of the show, not background talent.
  • Earn $300–$400 per night + tips with real upside.
  • Opportunity to make $100k+ annually performing at a high level.
  • Be part of a fast-growing Whatnot breaking brand.
  • Build your name and reputation in the hobby.
  • Join a team that treats breaking as entertainment, not just product.
